We are looking for Business Development Associates to join our team!
Bandalier’s business development roles are designed for people who want to jumpstart their sales experience and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. In this program, associates fulfill inside sales and/or customer success roles for a client (usually a tech start-up). Associates go through an extensive training process through Bandalier University as part of onboarding. Within six months, employees can move into leadership positions or a client-facing role.
As a Business Development Associate, you will be matched to one of our clients, where you will conduct outreach alongside a cohort of other Business Development Associates. Outreach includes cold calling, emailing, and social media prospecting to promote services and/or products, typically for technology companies. You’ll interact with others in a team environment as you are exposed to development opportunities, workshops, and sales and customer service training. After six months, our associates go to work in-house for their client or advance in leadership or senior client-facing roles at Bandalier.
At Bandalier, we work fully remote so you can work from home. We have offices in Binghamton, NY and Richmond, KY, with a hub of local employees, so if you join the team near one of those cities, you'll have opportunities for in-person events and an office space to use if you prefer.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to have any prior sales or customer service experience, though we find that people with experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, door-to-door sales, canvassing, phone banking, or entrepreneurship do particularly well
